苏云金杆菌制剂防治细胸金针虫的初步研究 被引量:11

摘要 应用苏云金杆菌乳剂对地下害虫细胸金针虫进行了初步的防治研究 ,并对死虫进行了菌体培养检测。结果表明 ,细胸金针虫对苏云金杆菌较为敏感 ,在室内饲养条件下设不同浓度梯度毒土接入健壮供试虫体 ,在 4 8~ 96h之内虫体死亡率达到最高 ,其中低龄幼虫更敏感。通过死虫分离菌体培养检测可以看出 ,虫体死亡确因感染苏云金杆菌所致。培养菌落及菌体涂片镜检可以观察到苏云金杆菌不同发育历期的形态变化。苏云金杆菌可以作为高效的微生物杀虫剂用于地下害虫金针虫的防治。 The barly wireworm Agriotes fuscicollis is a kind of underground pest,and distributed in most area of North China.Up to date, Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) as a microbiological pesticide was widely used to control many kinds of agriculture pests.It was mainly used to kill larvas of Lepidoptera.In this paper,Bt suspension was used to control Agriotes fuscicollis. The strong larvas of Agriotes fuscicollis were put in toxic soil in glass bottle (200 g soil contains 5 mL,7 5 mL and 10 mL Bt suspension,respectively).In 48-96 h the most larvas died.The younger larvas were more susceptible than older ones.We consider that Bt agent might be an effective microbiological pesticide to control Agriotes fuscicollis as well as other underground agriculture pests.
