猪产仔数是一个重要的数量经济性状 ,影响产仔数的因素非常复杂。我国的太湖猪因其高产仔数性能而引起国内外学者广泛的关注。研究表明影响太湖猪繁殖力的生理学机制主要是其具有性成熟早、排卵数多。

Litter size of pig is a very important quantity t rait.TaiHu pig,the famous indigenous breeds pig in China,are natural model for t he porcine prolific mechanism studies. The research indiates that the main physi ological mechanism of its fertility are: the early sexual maturity, the big ovul ation size, the appropriate inside circumstance of the follicle, the low mortali ty of the embryo.
