摘要
钙离子(Ca2 + )具有多种生理功能。近年来随着实验技术的改进与发展 ,人们对Ca2 + 的作用有了进一步了解。Ca2 + 作为第二信使参与肌细胞活动的调节 ,开始引起广泛的重视。肌细胞内Ca2 + 浓度的变化 ,可能是肌细胞增殖的启动因子。它启动“早期应答基因”(c -myc,c -fos)和细胞膜受体(如CaM,β-受体)的高表达 ,引起肌细胞有丝分裂 ,最终实现蛋白质在细胞内沉积 。
Calcuim ion has lots of physiological functions.With the development and improvement of the experimental techniques,the role of calcuim ion has been got a further understanding recently.Calcium ion,as the second messenger,takes part in the regulation of the muscle cells activity,which leads a widely attention gradually.The variation of calcium ion's concentration in muscle cells may be the start-up factor to proliferation of muscle cells.It switches on the effective expression of the early answer gene(c-myc,c-fos) and cell membrane receptor,and causes mitochysis of muscle cells,finally makes protein deposition within the cell;and leads to an obesity and hyperlasia of muscle cells.
