摘要
从碳浓度、驱动力和温度分布三个方面研究了共析碳钢珠光体相变领先相的问题 ;研究认为 ,奥氏体先转变为铁素体时其相界面碳浓度差ΔCγ-α小 ,驱动力G1 大 ,温度梯度(dTdX) γ-α大 ,这是奥氏体先转变为渗碳体或奥氏体同时转变为铁素体和渗碳体所不及的 ;结果表明 ,在 585℃以上 ,珠光体相变的领先相为铁素体 ,在 585℃以上 。
Leader phase of partite phase change of eutectoid carbon steel in carbon concentration, drive force and temperature gradient are studied in this paper, It is accepted that when concentration difference Cr-a of austenitic phase boundary is small, driving force is large and temperature gradient is big when austenite change first of all into ferrite. This can't be achieved when austenite change first of all into cementite or all at once into ferrite and cementite. The results show that leader phase of partite phase change is ferrite above 5850C and possibly cementite below 5850C
