复方卡托普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭29例

Twenty-nine examples of compound captopril tablets curing diastolic heart failure

目的 探讨复方卡托普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 选择了 2 9例舒张性心力衰竭患者 ,在应用强心利尿剂无效的情况下 ,使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂复方卡托普利片 ,以自身对照比较了治疗前后患者临床指标的变化 ,评估其临床的有效性和安全性。结果 应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂治疗舒张性心力衰竭 ,患者心功能明显改善 ,治疗 2周后有效率达 89.6 5 % ,尤其对高血压心脏病、冠心病疗效显著。结论 心力衰竭患者在常规应用强心、利尿治疗无效的情况下首先应考虑舒张性心力衰竭 ,使用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂复方卡托普利片可明显改善患者的心功能 。

Objective To explore the clinical application of the compound captopril tabs(CAPco.) to treat the diastolic hear failure(DHF).Methods When using cardiotonic and diuretic showed no effects,we chose 29 cases of DHF and used blood vessel converzyme inhibitor(BCI) CAPco.tabs.Then we compared the changes before and after treatment and assessed the clinical effects and security.Results For all the patients treated with BCI,their heart function improved obviously,the valid rate reached 89.65% after two weeks of treatment,especially for hypertension and coronary heart diseases.Conclusion We showed think about the DHF at first when cardiotonic and diuretic were used and showed no effects.Using CAPco.tabs improve the heart function and the survival rate obviously.
