微型钛板治疗成人下颌骨髁状突骨折

Minitiplate in treating condylar fractures of human being

目的 研究微型钛板在成人下颌骨髁状突骨折治疗中的应用。方法 2 9例均采用微型钛板坚固内固定 ,追踪观察 9～ 2 4个月。结果 2 5例牙合关系、开口度、开口型满意 ,无明显关节区疼痛。 4例粉碎性骨折伴关节软组织破坏严重者发生关节强直。结论 成人髁状突骨折明显移位者应用微型钛板内固定可获得满意效果 ;

Objective To research the value of minitiplate in treating condylar fracture of human being.Methods Minitiplates were used in rigid internal fixation in 29 cases,who were observed for 9 months to 2 years.Results 25 cases of occlusions and articulation were restored,no serious ache happened in temporomandibular articulation.4 ankylosis of temporomandibular joint appeared on comminuted fracture moreover serious soft tissue trauma.Conclusion It was successful that minitiplate was used on serious moving condylar fracture in human being;Condylectomy should be used on comminuted fracture accompanied with serious soft tissue trauma.
