目的 探讨纤维蛋白 (原 )降解产物D 二聚体 (D Dimer)在小儿肾小球疾病中的应用。方法 测定 5 3例正常小儿及 77例肾小球疾病患儿D 二聚体的含量。结果 小儿肾小球疾病组D 二聚体明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 D

Objective To study the clinical effects of serum D Dimer in children with glomerulopathy.Methods The D Dimer levels were determined in 53 healthy children and 77 cases with glomerulopathy.Results Compared with those of control group,the serum D Dimer levels demonstrated significant elevation in children with glomerulopathy.Conclusion The serum D Dimer levels of children with glomerulopathy might be used as a predictor to evaluate the therapeutic effects and clinical diagnosis.
