Giving Systemic Differentiation of Syndromes and Combining Movement with Quiescence — Professor ZHOU Fuyi's Opinions on Treatment of Fresh Fracture

周福贻教授就新鲜骨折的治疗 ,从骨折的复位、固定、药物治疗、提高患者的身体素质等方面谈了自己观点 ,提出了“整体辨证、动静结合”的治疗原则 ,并探讨了为何治疗骨折要强调早期复位、如何理解和处理骨折中的动静结合原理。

Professor ZHOU Fuyi has his own opinions on the treatment of fresh fracture, including reposition, fixation, pharmacotherapy and the improvement of the patients' constitution. He puts forward the view of “giving systemic differentiation of syndromes and combining movement with quiescence' and gives detailed explanations on why early reposition is necessary, how to understand the principle of combining movement with quiescence in the treatment of fracture, and the relative advantages and disadvantages of fixation with small splint and with plaster.
