摘要
目的 建立丙肝宁冲剂中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法 采用HPLC法 ,C18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 0 .1 %三氟乙酸水溶液 (75∶2 5) ,检测波长为 2 93nm。结果 和厚朴酚在 9.0min出峰 ,厚朴酚在 1 3 .7min出峰 ,平均回收率为98.68% ,RSD为 1 .4 8%。结论 此法简便快捷 。
OBJECTIVE To establish the method of determination of the content of magnolol and honokiol in Bingganling Granule. METHOD HPLC method was used to carry out the determination, with C 18 Column, methanol-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid water solution as the mobile phase (75∶72), and a wavelength of 293 nm. RESULT Magnolol and honokiol reached their peaks in 9.0 and 13.7 minutes respectively, with an average recovery rate of 98.68%, RSD being 1.48%.CONCLUSION This method is simple, swift, accurate and practical.
