摘要
目的 从麻黄中的不同分离成份中筛选出具有免疫抑制作用的有效部位。方法 以接触性超敏反应、胸腺和脾脏的脏器系数、血液中T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD4 、CD8)为主要观察指标 ,研究麻黄的不同提取物对细胞免疫的抑制作用。结果所分离的麻黄-990 5能减轻二硝基氯苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀 ,使胸腺萎缩 ,调整二硝基氯苯所致的血液中CD4 /CD8的失调。结论 麻黄-990 5对小鼠的细胞免疫有抑制作用 。
OBJECTIVE To sieve and find the effective parts with immunosuppression effect from different extracts of ephedra. METHOD Contact hypersensitivity, coefficient of the thymus and the spleen and the sub-group of T lymphocyte (CD 4 and CD 8) were used as the main observation indexes to investigate into the inhibiting effect of different extracts of ephedra on cell immunity. RESULT Ephedra -9905 that was extracted could relieve the swelling of the mouse auricle caused by DNCB, lead to the atrophy of the thymus and regulate the disturbance of CD 4/CD 8 in the blood. CONCLUSION Ephedra -9905 has inhibiting effect on mouse cell immunity and therefore could be developed into a new Chinese preparation for immunosuppression.
