体外循环术后肺损伤及其防治 被引量:4

摘要 体外循环术后肺功能障碍一直是心脏外科最常见的临床并发症之一。体外循环引起的系统性炎症反应被认为是导致体外循环术后肺损伤的首要因素,各种旨在降低系统性炎症反应的肺保护措施也层出不穷。本文就近年来有关体外循环术后肺损伤发生的分子生物机制和防治方面的研究作一综述。
