摘要
在家庭心电图和血压监护网中 ,医院监控中心是该系统的核心部分。作者采用客户 服务器结构和多进程并发方式实现对多个家庭用户的不同类型数据 (心电图和血压数据 )的接收、实时显示、存储和控制信息的回送 ,并设计了历史数据图形回顾窗口 ,为医务人员的诊断提供了方便。本系统在澳门山顶医院和清华大学医院的成功使用表明 ,监护中心达到临床应用要求。
A hospital monitoring center, which could receive, display in real-time and store patients' ECG and Blood Pressures from their homes, has been designed for our Home ECG and Blood Pressure monitoring network. A client-server architecture has been used in the design of the real-time monitoring module in the hospital monitoring center, which could satisfy the requirements of asynchronous transmission, and could meat the concurrent requests from many different users. The received data could be reviewed at any time for diagnosis and comparison. The trial applications of the ECG and BP telemonitoring system at Sanding Hospital, Macao, and Hospital of Qinghua University demonstrate the feasibility of the telemonitoring center for clinic use.
