摘要 本系统由中央监护站、胎儿监护仪、家庭胎监仪和通讯控制设备等组成 ,由一台中央监护站同时管理医院内、外两个监护网络。医院内部网络以 485总线专用电缆联网 ,实现了产科多床位孕产妇集中监护和全过程监护 ;医院外监护网络即远程监护系统 ,基于公共电话网实现家庭胎儿监护仪与医院中央监护站的连接 ,将传统胎儿监护技术带入孕妇家庭和社区医保所。设计了内置电路的胎心监护探头和独特的信息处理算法 ,成功地解决了胎儿监护仪的灵敏度和稳定性问题 ;特别是家庭胎儿监护仪结构简单、成本低廉但性能可靠 ,使胎儿监护技术的家庭化成为现实。设计了计算机辅助诊断软件 ,包括多种监护曲线自动评分法、产程图描记和围产保健管理等功能。 A central fetus monitoring system is introduced. This system is composed of a central workstation, mother/fetus monitoring inside hospital and family-used fetus monitoring. Only one work station is needed for the whole system, including the sector inside the hospital and the external sector for family-use and other small hospitals. Pregnant women in obstetrics hospitals and homes can be monitored in real-time and all the time at the central workstation. The sector inside the hospital is based on RS-485 bus, while the external sector for family-use is based on public telephone network. Unique techniques were adopted in the fetus monitoring. Part of the key circuits was built in the fetal heart sensor for noise reduction and reliability, and unique algorithm for fetal heart rate detection was designed. Besides, the monitors can operate independently or communicate with the central workstation through RS-485 bus. A remote or family-used monitoring system was designed. The family-used fetus monitor is portable and stable, which can detect doppler sound of the fetus, display the FHR values with its LCD and mark the fetal movements. It can be connected to the central workstation in the hospital througth telephone line if needed. Thus, the information acquired at family side can be monitored in real-time at workstation located in the hospital as if they were in the hospital. Pregnant women and doctors at hospital can talk with each other while monitoring is going on. Built-in chip technology is used and it is an effective solution for remote monitoring of fetus. Computer-assistant diagnosis software was designed. Its functions include automatic evaluation of fetal monitoring curves, chart for delivery process, etc.
