建立慢性心肌缺血及侧支循环动物模型的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨一种建立慢性心肌缺血及侧支循环动物模型的简易方法。方法 :健康小型猪 10只 ,开胸游离冠状动脉左回旋支 (LCX)主干 ,采用改良Ameroid方法 ,制作左回旋支慢性狭窄及心肌缺血后侧支循环生成模型。术前及术后 3周分别进行冠脉造影及超声心功能检查。结果 :4只LCX完全闭塞 ,5只狭窄大于 75 % ,心肌收缩及舒张功能明显下降。左前降支血管增粗、迂回 ,多支分支伸向缺血区形成血管网 ,无心肌梗死表现。结论 :采用Ameroid缩窄器可以成功地制作慢性心肌缺血及侧支循环形成的动物模型。 Objective:To develop an animal model of chronic coronary stenosis and form the collateral circulation in swine. Methods:Thoracotomy and pericardiectomy were performed in ten swine. Ameroid constrictor was then implanted around the left circumflex branch of coronary artery. Selective coronary angiography and Echo-Doppler study were performed perioperatively to evaluate the degree of stenosis, collateral circulation and myocardial function. Results:It was found that the total occlusion and partial stenosis (>75%) of the left circumflex branch of coronary artery were in 4 and 5 swine separately. Cardiac systolic and diastolic dysfunction were found in all swine. The coronary collateral circulation was obviously formed. Conclusion:Ameroid constrictor is applicable to make an animal model of chronic coronary stenosis, which stimulates the formation of collateral circulation. It may be an important approach in research of cardiac rehabilitation.
