兔眼准分子激光角膜切削术联合羊膜移植术的初步实验研究 被引量:1

The Tentative Experimental Study of Phototherapeutic Keratotomy Combined with Amniotic Membrane Transplantation in Rabbit Corneal

摘要 目的 :以准分子激光角膜切削 (PTK)术后的兔眼为模型 ,探讨保存人羊膜移植对角膜伤口早期愈合的影响。方法 :新西兰白兔 12只 ,双眼行PTK术 ,一眼术后立即于角膜表面移植保存的人羊膜 ,另一眼做对照。术后 ,每日进行临床观察 ,并分别于第 3、5、7天处死动物 ,取角膜行光镜和电镜检查。结果 :在术后 3、5、7天 ,羊膜移植侧角膜中央上皮增生厚度均明显小于对照侧 ,差异有显著性。对照侧上皮细胞的凋亡较羊膜移植侧明显。结论 :羊膜具有调节角膜伤口愈合的作用 ,有可能在减少PTK术后角膜上皮下雾状混浊 (haze)的形成中发挥作用。 Objective:To establish the model of phototherapeutic keratotomy(PTK) in rabbits, and to investigate the effect of preserved amniotic membrane transplantation on initial healing stage of corneal wound. Methods:Twenty four eyes of 12 New Zealand white rabbits were operated by PTK. Preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation was planted in one eye immediately, and the another eye was used as control. Clinical examination was performed every day after operation. The rabbits were separately killed after 3,5,7 days of operation, and their corneal were prepared for optical and electron microscopy examination. Results:The regeneration of corneal epithelium in amniotic membrane transplantation side was significantly less than the control after 3,5,7 days of operation. There was obvious difference between two eyes. Apoptosis of epithelium cells in control was more than in amniotic membrane transplantation. Conclusion:Amniotic membrane has the role of adjusting healing of corneal wound, and is an ideal material for corneal surface reconstruction, and could reduce the Haze post PTK.
