柴胡有效成分的萃取与抗惊厥作用实验研究 被引量:16

摘要 采用超临界CO2 萃取法得到柴胡皂甙部分及挥发油部分 ,并进一步用戊四唑阈值发作模型 (MSTT)及最大电休克模型 (MES)来研究其抗惊厥作用。结果 :柴胡挥发油 3 0 0mg/kg与柴胡皂甙 1 5 0mg/kg配伍组有较强的抗戊唑惊厥作用 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;挥发油 3 0 0mg/kg,皂甙 1 5 0mg/kg与冰片 3 6.4mg/kg配伍后则有显著的抗MES作用 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :柴胡挥发油与柴胡皂甙合理配伍后有较强的抗惊厥作用。 Objective: Study the anticonvulsion effect of the extraction from bupleurum Chinese DC. Method: Volatile oil and saikosaponin components were extracted from bupleurum Chinese DC with Supercritical-CO 2 Fluid Extraction (SFE-CO 2 ), their effects on maximal electroshock seizure model (MES) and pentylenetetrazol(PTZ) induced seizure model were studied. Result: Compared with the control group, the group of Volatile oil (300mg/kg) added into saikosaponin (150mg/kg) have significent difference on PTZ seizure (P<0.01), the mixture of Volatile oil (300mg/kg), saikosaponin (150mg/kg) and boraeol (36.4mg/kg) have very significent difference on MES (P<0.001). Conclution: Mixture of volatile oil and saikosaponin from bupleurum Chinese DC in a reasonable ways showed stronger anticonvulsion effect.
