广谱钙粘附素与β-连环素在肺纤维化小鼠气道上皮损伤及修复中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 运用免疫组织化学方法检测实验性肺纤维化小鼠不同时期气道上皮广谱钙粘附素 ( Pan- cadherin,Pan- cd)、β-连环素 ( β- catenin,β- cat)及 PCNA的表达。结果发现 ,随肺纤维化进展 ,小气道上皮 Pan- cd与 β- cat表达强度均减弱 ,且同步性地出现下调 -恢复 -下调的动态变化 ,Pan- cd由正常的胞膜型进而出现胞浆 -胞膜 -胞浆型的改变 ,同时 ,小气道上皮细胞 PCNA表达增强 ,且呈动态变化。提示 :小气道上皮的反复损伤与修复过程可能参与了肺纤维化的形成。 Immunohistochemisty technique was used to detect Pan cadherin (Pan cd), β catenin (β cat) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression in airway epithelium at different stages of pulmonary fibrosis in mice The results showed that the expression of Pan cd and β cat in small airway epithelium was down regulation and were both repeated with the way of down regulation-reparation-down regulation with the progression of pulmonary fibrosis The expression of Pan cd on cell membrane was decreased and showed alternative types of cytoplasma type or membrane type The PCNA expression in small airway epithelium was increased and altered at different stages It was suggested that the course of repeated injury and repair of small airway epithelium might play a role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis
