摘要
用原位杂交、免疫组化及原位末端标记 ( TUNEL)的方法观察大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞 2 h后再通 0~ 72 h脑组织 p5 3基因的表达与凋亡细胞的分布。结果发现 :缺血 2 h及再灌流 1h即可见 p5 3 m RNA及其蛋白的表达和凋亡细胞 ,p5 3 m RNA及其蛋白的表达高峰在缺血再灌流后 2 4 h,凋亡细胞数高峰在再灌流 2 4 h~ 4 8h。提示 :脑缺血再灌流后诱导 p5 3 m
By using in situ hybridization method, immunohistochemistry and TUNEL, P53 mRNA and protein expression was detected and the distribution of apoptosis cells was observed in rat brain after 2 h occlusion of cerebral middle artery followed by 0 to 72 h reperfusion It was found that the expression of P53 mRNA and protein was detectable and apoptic cells could be observed at 1 h reperfusion after ischemia for 2 h P53 mRNA and protein expression reached peak at 24 h and cell apoptosis reached peak at 24 to 48 h of ischemia reperfusion Ischemia reperfusion could induce P53 gene and protein expression and apoptosis of cells
