摘要 目的 探讨雌激素减少对皮质骨骨密度及生物力学特性的影响 .方法 用雌性大鼠去势建立绝经后骨质疏松症动物模型 ,观察去势后 6 wk及 12 wk大鼠胫骨骨密度及股骨屈服点载荷、载荷 /变形、最大应力以及弹性模量的变化 .结果 去势 6 wk骨密度与屈服点载荷、载荷 /变形、最大应力以及弹性模量与对照组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而去势12 wk组骨密度明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,而屈服点载荷、载荷 /变形、最大应力以及弹性模量均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) . AIM To explore the effects of bone mineral density and biomechanical properties of the cortical bone in ovariectomized (OVX) rats. METHODS An animal model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was established by ovariectomized rats and the change in tibia bone mineral density and femur yield point load, load/deformation, ultimate stress andelastic modules was observed at 6weeks and 12 weeks after operation. RESULTS Bone mineral density, yield point load, load/deformation, ultimate stress and elastic modules had no change at 6 weeks ( P >0.05); bone mineral density in OVX rats was significantly lower than that in control rats ( P <0.01). Yield point load, load/deformation, ultimate stress and elastic modules in OVX rats were lower than those in control rats ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Bone mineral density and biomechanical properties are valuable in evaluation of an animal model of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
