摘要
目的 观察正常颞骨后处理影像的表现 ,估价其临床应用价值 .方法 对 16 (男 10 ,女 6 )例 2 2耳进行了螺旋CT扫描 ,层厚 2 mm,重建间隔 0 .5 mm,影像后处理在 VoxelQ工作站上进行 .结果 MPR影像能在不同切面清楚显示耳蜗、半规管、外耳道骨棘、内听道及面神经管垂直段等结构 ,显示率为 10 0 % .三维 CT能生动地显示锤骨、砧骨的立体形态及空间关系 .结论 螺旋 CT后处理图像能增加耳部结构诊断信息 ,可对 2
AIM To observe the normal expressions of temporal bone by postprocessing sprial CT images. METHODS Sixteen cases (22 ears) on 10 men and 6 women were scanned by spiral CT with a 2 mm collimation thick and 0.5 mm reconstructions index. Postprocessing images were obtained by the standard software on the Voxel Q workstation. RESULTS Cochlea, semicircular canal, scutum, internal auditory canal, vertical segment of facial nerve canal were clearly shown in all cases by different slices of MPR images. 3D CT can vividly demonstrate the shape and spatial relationships of malleus and incus. CONCLUSION Postprocessing images of sprial CT can add the diagnostic information for observer. It is a good supplement to axial images.
