摘要
目的 :观察五味消栓口服液治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 3 0 0例采用五味消栓口服液治疗 ,每次 1 0ml,每日 3次口服。对照组 1 0 0例采用消栓口服液 ,每次 1 0ml,每日 3次口服。均 1个月为 1疗程 ,单盲给药。结果 :本药总有效率 91 .3 3 % ,愈显率 5 3 % ,能显著改善中医临床症状和神经功能缺损 ,显著改善血液流变学各项观察指标 ,并且无明显毒副作用。结论 :提示五味消栓口服液对脑梗塞确有疗效。
Aim:observing effect of Wu Wei Xaio Shuan oral liquid in treating cerebral thrombosis.Method:300 patients in treatment group were treated with Wu Wei Xiao Shuan oral liquid,10ml per time and 3 times daily.100 patients in control group were treated with Xioa Shuan oral liquid,10ml per time and 3 times daily the therapeutic courses of both groups were one month and accepted medicine with single blind.The result showed that the effective rate was 91.33% and the obvious effective rate was 53%,which proved that Wu Wei Xiao Shuan oral liquid could improve clinical symptoms and nerve function,especially improve index of blood rheology without side effects.
