摘要
为观察老龄大鼠脑室管膜周围血管加压素 (Vasopressin,VP)能神经元的分布和 VP表达的变化 ,应用免疫细胞化学方法 ,对青年组和老龄组大鼠下丘脑 VP能神经元进行免疫细胞化学反应。结果显示 ,老龄组大鼠第三脑室、侧脑室和穹窿下器的脑室管膜周围可见较多环脑室分布、VP免疫反应增强的 VP能神经元和神经纤维 ;而正常青年组大鼠第三脑室、侧脑室和穹窿下器的脑室管膜周围则极少见类似分布的 VP免疫反应阳性神经元。上述部位 VP免疫反应神经元的增加和 VP表达增强可能与机体老龄化过程有关 。
To observe the changes in distribution and expression of vesopressinergical (VP) neurons in the periependymal area of the aged rats, the immunocytochemistry method was used for demonstrating VP neurons on the hypothalamus of young and aged rats. The results indicated that the increases of VP neurons and fibers could be observed in the periependymal area of the third ventricle, lateral ventricle and subfornical organ of the aged rats. The vasopressin immunostaining was also increased in these neurons. But few of the VP neurons could be found in the similar hypothalamus areas of the young rats. The increase of VP neurons and vasopressin immunoreaction in the periependymal area of the third ventricle and lateral ventricle might be related with the aged process of the rats and might play an important role in the regulation of brain vessels of the aged rats.
