等电点聚焦方法在apoE遗传表型研究中的应用

Application of Isoelectric Focusing in Gel for Studing the Phenotypes of apo E

国际上分析血浆apo E异构体的方法均采用两次16小时超速离心分离VLDL,再进行脱脂和等电点聚焦的分析方法。本文结合我国具体情况,缩短了超速离心时间,改变了某些步骤,得到了较好的分离效果。用此方法,作者分析了中国正常人群和各种疾病患者的apo E表型分布及其等位基因频率。

In the present paper a modified procedure of isoelectric focusing for separation of apo E isoform was described. Some in classic techniques, for example sovents, centrifugation time, were changed. On the basis of our practical conditions the time of centrifugation for separation of plasma VLDL were shorten with a good result of isoelectric focusing gel electrophoresis for apoE isoforms. Author have been used this method to analyze the distribution of apo E phenotypes and the frequencies of apo E alleles from normal population and some patients with hypertension, hyperlipoproteinemia and other vascular disease.
