子宫内膜异位症在位与异位子宫内膜血管发生研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过 CMIS多功能彩色病理图像分析系统对子宫内膜血管密度和面积进行定量分析 ,并利用 V - RAg标记子宫内膜血管 ,测定其微血管密度 (MVD)。结果表明 :在同一期别中 ,无论是增生期还是分泌期 ,异位子宫内膜的血管密度及面积和 MVD均高于在位子宫内膜和正常子宫内膜 (P<0 .0 1)。表明在子宫内膜异位症患者中 ,由于异位子宫内膜组织中新生微血管增生 ,导致局部血管数量及面积增多 。 In order to study the angiogenesis of endometriosis, the samples of eutopic nd ectopic endometrium from patients with endometriosis were quantitatively analyzed by color morphometric image system (CMIS) for vascular density and surface area, and by using marked endometrial blood vessel for microvessels density (MVD). The results showed that within each menstrual phase the vascular density and surface area or MVD were significantly higher in ectopic endometrium with endometriosis than those in eutopic endometrium with endometriosis or normal endometrium ( P <0.01). It is concluded that angiogenesis appears to be involved in the mechanism of endometriosis. In the patients with endometriosis, growth of microvessels in ectopic endometrium could result in the increases of local vascular density and surface area, which could promote the implantation and growth of ectopic endometrium.
