摘要
目的 本文观察了给予 3α-雄烷二醇 (3α- diol)后 ,性腺功能低下 (hpg)小鼠的前列腺、附睾和精囊腺生长变化。方法 用硅胶囊皮下埋植缓释给药 ,连续 5周 ;设缓释给药 hpg小鼠实验组 (n=7)、不给药 hpg小鼠对照组 (n=7)和正常性腺功能小鼠对照组 (n=10 )。给药结束后测定各附性腺的重量及前列腺腺管末梢的数目。结果 与 hpg小鼠对照组相比 ,hpg小鼠给药实验组各附性腺的重量均明显增加 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,前列腺腺管形态发育趋于正常 ;但各附性腺的重量及前列腺腺管末梢数目仍低于正常性腺功能小鼠对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 3α- diol能明显刺激 hpg小鼠附性腺生长。
Objective?To evalu a te the effects of 3α androstanediol(3α d iol)on the growth and development of the ventral prostate(VP),epididymis,and sem inal vesicle(SV)in hypogonadal(hpg)mouse .Methods The Silastic tubing f illed with 3α diol was implanted subderm ally into mature hpg mice(n=7)for five w eeks.This study group was compared with t wo control groups:the untreated hpg mous e group(n=7)and the normal mouse group(n =10).The weight of each sex accessory gl and was measured and the number of ducta l tips of ventral prostate was counted.Results The weights of VP.SV, and epididymis of 3α diol treated hpg gr oup were significantly higher than those of the untreated hpg group( P <0.001);t he mor phology of the prostate showed a tendenc y to be normal and the development of pr ostate ductal branch tips was improved s ignificantly.However,the weight of each sex accessory tissue and the number of d uctal tips of 3α diol treated hpg group were still lower than those of the norma l mouse group( P <0.001).Conclusio n 3α diol treatment can stimulate the growth and development of the sex ac cessory glands in mature hpg mouse.
