摘要
在市场经济运行中 ,现代管理主要面向的是团体。当团体成员为完成工作任务 ,实现组织目标时 ,他们强烈的团体意识往往容易与别的团体产生竞争 ,发生冲突。为避免团体间的冲突 ,以减少由彼此冲突所带来的损失 ,管理者必须采用适当的管理方式或方法加以解决 ,保证组织目标的实现。
In the operation of the market economy,modern management is mostly geared to teams.When the team members devote themselves to the completion of work and to the realization of their team’s goal,their strong team-sense easily sets off a team competition and a team conflict.In order to avoid the team conflict and reduce the mutual losses so as to secure the organization’s goal,the management must choose an appropriate method to calm down the team conflict.
