摘要
采用高效液相色谱方法,分离检测了未成年大鼠,成年大鼠,激素处理的大鼠及去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜中丝氨酸(serine,ser)的含量,并比较了两侧子宫内膜丝氨酸的含量无显著差异。结果表明:不同状态下,大鼠子宫内膜丝氨酸含量呈有规律的变化。提示丝氨酸可能与子宫机能有一定关系。
The serine content in the uterine endomeirium in the rat was determined by high performance liquid chromatography for young rats, adult rats, rats treated by PMSG + hCG . The results demostrated that the serine comtents of uterine endometrium varied with its different status.It suggested that the variation in the serine content in the uterus might be related to some function of uterus
