浅海养殖保险(SSCI)理论与实践初探

THEORY AND PRACTICE OF SHALLOW SEA CULTURE INSURANCE

本文论述了浅海养殖保险（SSCI）基本问题：特殊环境问题、生物学问题、经济效益问题以及四个特定条件（养殖环境、养殖对象、技术本地化和养殖设施理赔）。并结合南麂岛SSCI实例论证了如何根据环境—生物学—经济问题指导保险实务。

The author expounds the fundamental problems on Shallow Sea Culture Insurance （SSCI）．The problems are those of special environment， biology， economic benefits and four specific conditions i．e． culture environment， culture objectives， localized technology and claim for culture facilities damges． Meanwhile， a discussion is made by illustrating the SSCI in Nanlu Island （Guangdong Province） to demonstrate how to guide the insurance practice on the basis of environment－biology－economy considerations．
