摘要
拍卖制度在国外水产品批发市场中运用极为普遍，但在中国却迟迟得不到发展。作者试用“路径依赖”的思想，结合中国国情进行分析，并提出了应采取的策略。
Auction system is very common in the foreign fishery product markets． But it has not developed in China even up to now． The author employed the idea of ‘access relying’ to analyze the feasibility of this system in China and put forward the corresponding countermeasures．
