摘要
本工作利用大鼠衄管灌流及异丙肾上腺素(ISP)性AMI模型,以体外纤维蛋白溶解活性、纤溶酶原激活剂(PA)活性,血浆纤溶酶(PL)活性、凝血酶原时间(PT)、白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)等变化,观察蛇毒抗栓酶(SVATE)的促纤溶、抗凝血和心肌保护作用。结果表明,SVATE有缴活纤溶怍用,它能逆转ISP性AMI大鼠PL活性的降低,这种作用是由于激活PA导致PL生成增加。同时对内源凝血系统有一定抑制作用。此外保护心肌、降低死亡率。
Effects of SVATE on fibrinolysis and anticoagulation were observed in rat vascular perfused and isoproterenal AMI models.SVATE perfusion induced a significant increase in plasminogen activator (PA)activity.Administration of SVATE in vivo resulted in the recoverey of the plasmin(PL)activity , increased KPTT and survival in AMI rat.These suggest that SVATE may stimulate fibrinolytic activity and inhibit endogenous coagulative system.
