摘要
自从科斯开创的现代企业理论把经济学的研究引向企业内部以来 ,人力资本的激励问题已成为现代企业理论研究的重要内容之一。对人力资本进行合理的激励首先要尊重人力资本的经济特性 ,即产权特性和报酬要求 ,这与马克思劳动价值论的科学内涵是相一致的。结合我国国有企业改革的实践 ,本文认为应从人力资本的报酬制度、企业内部治理机制和外部治理机制三个层面来设计人力资本有效激励的机制。
Human capitial incentive problem has been one of the important contents of modern firm theories,since Coase's firm theory leaded the direction of economics to the inside of the firm.In order to inspire the human capital appropriately,first we should respect human capital's special economy qualities,which are the special quality of the property right and the request of reward.This point is unanimous to the scientific connotation of Marx's labor theory of value.Connecting with the practice of the reform of our state-owned firms,this article takes for that the designing of the incentive mechanism of human capital should base on the reward systems of human capital,the internal governance and the external governance of the firm.
