摘要
从经典电磁学理论的角度 ,对 Bragg方程中 X射线的折射率近似为 1给予了讨论 .指出在一般的衍射实验中可以不考虑折射率的影响 .Bragg方程在某些精确度要求很高的测量中 (测量精确度数量级为 10 - 5 )不再适用 ,并给出了修正后的 Bragg方程 .
The approximate value of refractive index of X ray in Bragg equation is one and the result is also disscussed by the theory of clasical electromagentics. Influence of refractive index doesn't consider in the diffraction experiment as a general rule. Bragg equation does not use in the measure for high accuracy (degree of accuracy is 10 -5 ). The Bragg equation with revision is given afterward.
