摘要
住房金融已成为推动住房产业发展的一项重要举措。在广东,个人住房信贷业务已经在住房领域全面铺开,但目前仍受到银行资产规模和其他诸多因素的制约,致使其整体规模较小,发展极不平衡,还存在着许多亟待解决的深层次问题和矛盾。
Housing finance has become one of the important measures to promote the development of real estate. Having been carried out in housing field,private housing loan business is restricted by such factors as asset scale of the bank. Its small scale and unbalanced development encounters many further problems and contradictions that ask for our attention and need to be solved.
