摘要
本文在分析比较国内主要货运电力机车和内燃机车牵引特性的基础上,论证了电力机车不仅在山区而且在平原地区都具有优越的牵引性能,“大力发展电力牵引”的铁路牵引动力技术政策以及在平原地区繁忙干线逐步实现电气化的方针是正确的。
Based upon the analysis and comparison of the tractive characteristics of native major freight loco and diesel-electric loco, demonstration is made that electric locomotive poccesses advanced tractive characteristics not only in mountainous but also in plain terrain. It is proved correct the technique policy of railway tractive power named developing vigorously in electric traction and the strategy of Progressive electrification of busy main lines in Plain terrain.
