摘要
本文就GTO应用中的关键技术GTO阻尼电路作了较为深入的分析,并对GTO逆变器中的阻尼电路的设计、元件参数的选定、阻尼回路的损耗等问题进行了探讨。
A detailed analysis of GTO damping circuit is given, which is the key technique in the application of GTOs. The author also approaches to the design of the circuit, selection of component parameter and loss of the damping loop.
