摘要
阐述了信息化智能小区的基础是通信网络。在这一观点的基础上，给出了一种综合利用LonWorks和ATM技术共同构建的信息化智能小区的方案。
The basis of informationized intelligent residential zone is its communications networks． By expounding this idea this paper presents the solution of constructing informationized intelligent residential zone using LonWorks and ATM technologies．
