电信网络话务流量自动控制是实现网络自动化管理的内容之一。在分析话务理论的基础上 ,提出了基于本地网网络管理与集中监控系统平台的话务流量自动控制技术 ,并详细介绍了系统的模型和软件流程 ,通过具体的工程应用说明该系统有一定的可行性和实用性。

Traffic control and load balance of telecommunication network is part of realizing network automatic management,starting from analyzing the theory of traffic,this paper brings forward the technology of realizing network traffic control and load balance based on local network management and concentrated monitoring and control system,describes system model and software flow in detail proves the feasibility and practicablilty of the system through the introduction of material projece application.
