子网络故障模型及其应用

A Fault Sub-Network Model and Its Application

一个故障支路可以用一个等效电流作为故障模型 ,一个故障子网络用什么作为其故障模型呢 ?文章在子网络 CCCS等效电路的基础上提出了故障子网络的等效电流矢量模型 ,该故障模型可适用于仅知道子网络的端口特性 ,而不知道子网络内部结构和参数的所谓“黑箱”子网络的故障诊断 ,并且不存在误差的传递性问题 ,因此 ,对于多端集成器件的电路故障诊断具有理论和实际意义。
