摘要
对氮肥厂活性污泥进行驯化筛选得到 3株甲醇降解菌 ,可耐 10 ,0 0 0mg/L左右的甲醇浓度 ,实验得出其最佳生长条件为 :pH7~ 8、温度 30℃~ 35℃、通气 ,在适宜条件下 ,对甲醇有较好的降解能力。
Three strains of bacteria which can highly degrade methanol have been obtained by enriching,screening and acclimatizing the strains in active sludge gotten from a fertilizer factory.These bacteria can tolerate methanol of 10,000mg/L,The optimum culture conditions are pH7~8,30℃~35℃and aeration.At the optimum conditions their degrading capacities are very efficient.
