摘要
通过合成的 3H-PPPA2′ P5′ A2′ P5′ A( 2′-5′ P3A3)与人淋巴细胞进行结合反应 ,结果表明 :人淋巴细胞质膜存在着 2′-5′ P3A3受体 .又通过用 ATP、UTP与 3H-2′-5′ P3A3竞争抑制实验表明 ,3H-2′-5′ P3A3与淋巴细胞膜受体的结合为特异性结合 ,结合率受 3H-2′-5′ P3A3浓度、p H等因素影响 .
The existence of 2′-5′P 3A 3 receptor in human lymphocytes was found in the present experiment . 3H-2′-5′ P 3A 3 was synthesized by poly(I)·poly(C)and interferon α 2b inducing the formation of 2′-5′-oligoadenylic acid synthetase ( 2′-5′OASE) in rabbit peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) which catalyzed 3H-ATP as substrate . The result of competitive binding reaction of 3H-2′-5′P 3A 3 with ATP and UTP demonstrated that 2′-5′P 3A 3 binding to receptor of human lymphocytes had specificity and that the pH and the concentration of 2′-5′ P 3A 3 affected the binding rate of ligand to receptor.
