摘要
研究了果糖和几种前体物质对东北红豆杉生产紫杉醇的影响 .结果表明 ,在第 1 2 d加入 6g/L果糖可以使紫杉醇产量增加 63.89% .在有果糖协同的作用下 ,加入前体 ( 0 .0 5mmol/L乙酸钠 ,0 .0 5mmol/L苯丙氨酸 ,0 .1 mmol/L苯甲酸钠 )可显著提高紫杉醇的合成 ,同对照相比 ,含量分别增加 4 9.36%、1 3.1 8%和64.2 6% .在第 1 5d向培养基中加入 0 .0 5mmol/L乙酸钠、0 .1 mmol/L苯甲酸钠、1 mmol/L苯丙氨酸和6g/L果糖则使紫杉醇含量提高 1 81 .89% .
The effects of some precursors on production of taxol in cell suspensions of T. cuspidata were studied. The results showed that the addition of 6 g/L fructose into the cultures on the 12th day of culture increased taxol yield by 63.89%; the addition of 0.05 mmol/L acetate, 0.05 mmol/L phenylalanine,0.1 mmol/L benzoate with fructose ,increased taxol yields by 49.36%,13.18% and 64.26%,respectively. However, the addition of 0.05 mmol/L acetate, 1 mmol/L phenylalanine,0.1 mmol/L benzoate and 6 g/L fructose into the cultures on the 15th day of culture dramatically increased taxol yield by 181.89%.
