齿向修形和剃齿刀刃磨齿形扭曲，是造成“之字形”接触区的主要原因。采用径向、切向和对角剃齿新工艺；用蜗杆砂轮磨齿机、马格（ＭＡＡＧ）磨齿机刃磨剃齿刀齿形，就能基本消除“之字形”接触区。

Adopting the technology of radial, tangential and diagonal shaving, as well as sharpening shaving eutter on gear grinder with grinding worm, or on Maag gear grinder, the 3-shaped contact zone can be eliminated.
