家蝇总RNA的提取方法及其改进

MODIFIED METHOD FOR ISOLATION OF HOUSE FLY TOTAL RNA

本文采取异硫氰酸胍∶酚∶氯仿一步法 ,成功地从富含RNase的家蝇腹部提取出完整的总RNA ,并针对家蝇腹部富含蛋白酶的特点 ,对一步法的某些细节做了适当的改进 ,检测结果表明 ,用这种方法提取的RNA质量高 ,可以用于进一步的分子生物学实验。

Intact total RNA of house fly with abundant in RNase have been successfully isolated from the abdomen by guanidine isothiocyanate,phenol and chloroform single step method. Due to the RNase's abundance in the abdomen of house fly,the single step method was modified in our experiment,and the results indicated that the total RNA isolated was good enough to be used in the future molecular biological research.
