非离子型表面活性剂AE对稀脉浮萍的损伤作用 被引量:22

摘要 以过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)相对活性、植物生长量和培养液pH值变化作为观测指标 ,研究了非离子型表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 (AE)对稀脉浮萍 (LemnapaucicostataL .)的损伤作用 .结果显示 :稀脉浮萍的损伤程度与AE浓度直接相关 .浓度小于 1.0mg/L时 ,AE对稀脉浮萍的损伤较轻 ,λ(CAT)、λ(POD)的增加 ,能清除膜上的过氧化物 ;在 10 .0mg/L时 ,稀脉浮萍的生理功能受到中等程度的伤害 .CAT、POD相对活性升高 ,生长率下降 ,光合作用受到一定程度的抑制 ,培养液 pH值下降 0 .2左右 ;AE为 10 0 .0mg/L时 ,植物受伤严重 ,CAT、POD相对活性下降 ,培养液pH值降低幅度为 0 .6左右 ,植物大部分死亡 .图 6参 12以过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)相对活性、植物生长量和培养液pH值变化作为观测指标 ,研究了非离子型表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 (AE)对稀脉浮萍 (LemnapaucicostataL .)的损伤作用 .结果显示 :稀脉浮萍的损伤程度与AE浓度直接相关 .浓度小于 1.0mg/L时 ,AE对稀脉浮萍的损伤较轻 ,λ(CAT)、λ(POD)的增加 ,能清除膜上的过氧化物 ;在 10 .0mg/L时 ,稀脉浮萍的生理功能受到中等程度的伤害 .CAT、POD相对活性升高 ,生长率下降 ,光合作用受到一定程度的抑制 ,培养液 pH值下降 0 .2左右 ;AE? The injuries of Lemna paucicostata L. due to linear alkylethoxylate (AE) were studied by means of several measurement indices:catalase (CAT) activity,peroxidase (POD),plant biomass increment and changes in pH. The results showed that the injury degree of Lemna paucicostata L. was directly responded to the concentrations of AE. When the concentration of AE was lower than 1.0 mg/L, Lemna paucicostata L. was injured slightly. With the increasing of CAT and POD activities,those peroxides on the membranes could be cleaned. When the concentration of AE was 10.0 mg/L, Lemna paucicostata L. was injured inodinately, the relative activities of catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) increased,growth rate of Lemna paucicostata L. went down, photosynthesis rate was restrained to some extent,and pH of the cultivated solution descended by about 0.2. When the concentration of AE rose to 100.0mg/L, Lemna paucicostata L. was seriously injured,CAT and POD relative activities fell, pH of the cultivation solution decreased by about 0.6,and most of the plants died.
