摘要 本文提出了用数理统计理论和时间序列分析方法控制工序质量的原理。由此原理构成的动态统计控制器使加工过程始终处于工序诊断和工序调节状态。本文还提出了统计诊断的两个评价指标,通过对评价指标的分析,证明该诊断方法可靠。本文还给出了具有工序诊断和工序调节的无心磨削系统框图。实践表明,该系统用于无心磨削轴承内圈内孔工序,效果明显。 By means of theory of mathematical statistics and time series method, the principle of quality control in. machining process in put forward in this article. The dynamic statistic controller formed by this principle enables the machining process is always under the condition of diagnostics and regulation. Two thresholds for statistics and diagnostics are put forward in this article, through analyzing these thresholds, the diagnostics can be proved to be reliable. A block diagram for a centerless grinding system with process diagnostics and regulation is presented in this article. As proved by practice, when this system is used for centerless grinding the bore of bearing inner race, good result is achieved.
