摘要
本文介绍的识别车床颤振薄弱环节的方法及相应的控制对策。采用控制对策后,使加工质量恢复到投产初期的水平,避免了断轴事故,降低了切削噪声,产生了重大的经济效益。
Mx-4 is a special purpose lathe for rough turning connecting rod journal on crankshaft. There were 14 times of accidents happened that the turned crankshafts were broken into pieces. In this article, the vulnerable spot of chatter and the method for identifying and controlling chatter are introduced. After taking these ceunter measures, the machining quality is recovered to initial level, the accidents are avoided, noise is lowered, and great economic benefit is obtained.
