雷公藤倍半萜生物碱的研究(Ⅳ)

Study of Sesquiterpene Alkaloids from Tripterygium wilfordii (Ⅳ)

从雷公藤 (TripterygiumwilfordiiHook .f.)的根皮中分离到两个倍半萜生物碱Ⅰ和Ⅱ ,根据理化性质和波谱数据特别是 2D NMR技术 (1H 1HCOSY、1H 13 CCOSY、NOESY、COLOC)数据分析 ,鉴定Ⅰ为wilforine ,Ⅱ为一新的生物碱———雷公藤植碱 (wilfordsuine)。

Two sesquiterpene alkaloids,wilforine and wilfordsuine were isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook. f. Wilfordsuine was a new alkaloid. The structures of wilforine and wilfordsuine were elucidated on the basis of spectral data,especially 2D_NMR techniques ( 1H 1H COSY, 1H 13 C COSY, NOESY, COLOC methods).
