摘要
本文从分析ATC基本动作入手,提出了根据机床结构确定滚齿凸轮主要参数的方法。叙述了 ATC的结构设计与计算。介绍了一种适用于高速ATC的高可靠性抓刀结构。
To start with analyzing the basic action of ATC, in this article, the method of determining the main parameter of toothed cam according to the structure of machine tools is put forward, and the structural design and calculation of ATC is narrated. A construction of high reliable tool grasper suitable for high speed ATC is also introduced.
