摘要
以苯胺类化合物为起始原料 ,经重氮化、丙烯酸加成、氨解等反应合成了 7种消旋苯环取代苯丙氨酸类氨基酸 ,并采用α 糜蛋白酶或枯草杆菌蛋白酶对所有氨基酸进行了拆分 ,其结构分别通过红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析、熔点、旋光等分析得到确证。该法可以较大规模合成此类氨基酸。
Seven racemic aromatic ring modified phenylalanines were sy nthesized using aniline derivatives as raw materials. The amino acids were resol ved with α--chymotrypsin or subtilisin. D-and L-amino acids were separated from each other. The chemical structures of the amino acids were characterized by IR, 1 HNMR, EA and optical rotation. The procedure mentioned here could be scaled up for producing the amino acids.
