Distribution and Content Determination of Total Alkaloid in Sophora flavescens Ait

选用酸性染料络合显色法测定了江苏盱眙产苦参的根、茎、叶、种子等部位中苦参总碱的含量 ,为充分利用苦参全植株提供了一定的依据。

Total alkaloid in roots, stems, leaves and seeds of Sophora flavescens Ait collected in Xuyi Jiangsu provinc was determined with acid dye complexing colrimetric method. It provide basis for fully utilize Sophora flavescens Ait plant.
